This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and Germany.
All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining tracked delivery and reliable customer support.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 5 p.m. (Central European Time) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all United States and Germany orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices displayed on our website include taxes, handling and packaging costs. No additional shipping, processing, or hidden fees will be added.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping (transit) time: 5–8 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days

5. Carrier Services
United States deliveries are handled by FedEx or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches the United States.
Germany deliveries are handled by DHL or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches Germany.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time using the “Track Your Order” page in the footer of our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
