Return Process (How It Works)

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@novasore.com (please include your order number and the items concerned).
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  3. Shipping:
    Send the return at your own expense to the return address provided above. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage.
  4. Receipt & Inspection:
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). After approval, your refund will be processed in accordance with the conditions described below.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider/bank, it may take up to 7 days after our confirmation for the refund to appear in your account.
No restocking fees apply.
If the item shows signs of use or is missing tags/original packaging, an appropriate amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the diminished value.

Exchanges

Exchange requirements:
Items must be unused, unworn, complete, and returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@novasore.com.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please send photos of the item along with your order number to support@novasore.com. We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
